Young-playing actor (any gender) for R+D. Inspired by the wordless picture book, The Farmer and The Clown by Marla Frazee and silent movies, we will be exploring a cross-generational friendship and the concept of Home. Without the use of spoken text, we will be developing a visual and physical storytelling language. We are looking for a playful devisor with a physical theatre background to explore the role of the baby clown who has become separated from the circus. We encourage applications from Deaf and HOH performers.
We will be devising in Bristol 6 – 9th June. There will be small sharing performances in community venues in The Forest of Dean the week of the 13th of June (dates to be confirmed). Paid.
